The POT & NWSA is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cargo & Facility Planning Services. The POT & NWSA anticipates awarding up to Four (4),IDIQ contract(s) . The period of performance of the contract is three (3) years from the execution of the contract, with options for renewal at the sole discretion of the POT and NWSA, for a possible total of five (5) years. Each contract will not exceed a total of $250,000.
