Great strides have been made in recent months by business, labor, tribal, local government and environmental interests in preparing SR-167 to secure a massive investment in state dollars. Today's News Tribune editorial page sounds the alarm, however, that the state's largest economic development project could be jeopardized by squabbles over an unrelated project elsewhere in the state.

Check out their editorial here and then make sure to call your lawmakers to tell them that SR-167 should not become hostage to the fight in Clark County and that it is time to pass a transportation revenue package.
