Word in Olympia is that the House caucused this morning on the proposed transportation package and that while the caucuses went well, there are some folks one assumes should support a jobs package that are waffling. Stakeholders continue to reach out to legislators to emphasize why, if they want to put their constituents to work, they should vote YES on the package. We have also heard that the House vote might be delayed until Wednesday. However, the situation remains very fluid and subject to change. We'll keep you up to date as we learn more.
