The Washington State House of Representatives appears to be taking steps to prepare itself for a vote on a transportation revenue package. The House Rules Committee advanced the various pieces of the transportation package to the floor calendar today. Word in Olympia is that the House MAY begin debate on the transportation package as early as tomorrow, with the intent of working through a series of proposed amendments to the bill. Final passage in the House, according to Governor Inslee, is scheduled for Tuesday. Members of the SR-167 Completion Coalition are making a full-court press, asking House members to vote "yes" on the package.
