The House spent about 2 1/2 hours this afternoon debating amendments to the transportation revenue bill (HB 1954) and appropriations bill (HB 1955). After disposing of the multiple amendments on the bar, the House tabled the measures and wrapped up their work for the day.

We have been told that a vote will likely occur tomorrow, but the situation remains highly fluid. Stakeholders representing business, labor, environmentalists, local government, tribes and agriculture continue to encourage lawmakers to finally finish SR-167-- a project that has been debated for decades.
