Well, we know the honor of the fourth video on the SR 167 Completion Blog goes to Randy Lewis, Government Affairs Officer for the City of Tacoma. Speaking at the Association of Washington Cities spring meeting in the Tri-Cities, Randy provides a nice overview of SR-167 -- its status and why transportation leaders from throughout the state deem it the number one infrastructure project in the state.
