"If you want to get to heaven, build SR-167!" Governor Jay Inslee told a crowd of 150 project supporters at the Port of Tacoma. Surrounded by state, federal and local government officials, as well as members of the business, labor, and environmental community, Inslee called on the state Legislature to pass a transportation revenue package.
