APM Terminals and the East Blair 1 breakbulk terminal are the only Port of Tacoma marine terminals expected to be open Monday, Feb. 16, on the Presidents Day holiday. All other Tacoma terminals are expected to be closed.

The Port of Tacoma Administration Building will also be closed Feb. 16.
