Dustin Stoker has joined the Port of Tacoma to lead the Port’s new operations center.

Stoker brings more than 14 years of experience in both domestic and international terminal management. Before joining the Port, Stoker served most recently as director of Deltaport Operations at the Port Metro Vancouver, B.C. with Terminal Systems, Inc. He also has served as the chief operations officer at Abu Dhabi Terminals, and in management positions at Port of Salalah/APM Terminals and APM Terminals in the Netherlands.

In his new position, Stoker is responsible for overall port operations, including waterway management, road and rail functions, and breakbulk and terminal operations.

Stoker holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management from the University of Washington.

He lives in the Lake Tapps/Lakeland Hills area.
