The momentum continues to grow for the completion of State Route 167, with the Puyallup Sumner Chamber of Commerce leading the way. The Chamber recently delivered 100 letters to state lawmakers strongly urging them "to vote to full fund the completion of SR-167 and SR-509."
"The expenditure of public funds on this project will have a significant ROI that will grow exponentially and result in increased economic prosperity and job creation for our state," they went on to write. "This growth will yield increased revenues to the State that can be utilized for education, health care and other needed programs."
