From 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday:
- Truck staging is allowed on the right shoulder of southbound SR 509 between Alexander Avenue and Taylor Way
- Terminal access is not allowed from northbound SR 509 or northbound Alexander Avenue from Hwy 99
Truckers that fail to follow the posted rules may be subject to fines.
