• Rail Crossing #10 – Taylor Way to be completely closed at SR 509 to replace railroad Crossing #10 beginning 12:01 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 13, through 5 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 16. Taylor Way will be completely closed just north of SR 509. Use SR 509 and the Hylebos Bridge to reach E. 11th Street.
