Update on April 10 from U.S. Coast Guard Pacific Northwest:

Due to decreased smoke conditions, the temporary shelter in place order is no longer in effect. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is still conducting air monitoring to assess the air quality for the safety of the public.
