In the Spotlight

Versacold Logistics Services recently broke ground on a new $30 million cold storage facility at the Port of Tacoma. The construction project currently has about 80 workers, and that number is expected to grow during the peak construction time.

Located at Northwest Building LLC's Port Commerce Center, the facility will offer 200,000 square feet of freezer and refrigerated storage space. The first phase of the facility will open in July. Learn more.
